Via Carota: Part 2

I love the opening lines:

Jodi: “What I would love to accomplish at Via Carota is dedicate ourselves to the enjoyment of eating and drinking.”
Rita: “It’s like being in my house with everybody there.”

They both sum up well what I was trying to say in that you feel like you are sitting in someone’s house in Italy. It’s just simple food, around a table, with friends, talking. That is by far the greatest joy in my life.

PS: I miss Italy. Especially Sovicille. Very, very much.
